Change of mind - We dont accept this reason as a return.
Custom Products - Vehicle Specific products and custom made products will incur a 20% cancellation fee immediately from time of order. As these are made to specs and demand we have to charge this fee to cover or losses.
Warranties - We must follow our brands manufacturers warranty for all products not made in-house. These steps and procedures are set by our suppliers, not us. Misused and Abused products are usually not covered by warranty. please check on the products respective brands' website to understand their warranty procedures.
Speakers and subwoofers that are over or under powered and damaged due to this, ARE NOT covered by warranty. We always recommend installation to be performed by a Qualified Professional wherever possible. Most importantly the tuning on amplifiers must be set correctly based on speakers/subwoofer requirements. If you're unsure about this step, contact us or your preferred Qualified Professional in this field.
Not Compatible - If the item isn't compatible with your application due to our error (we specifically stated that it is, on the product page or on written conversation, such as chat or email) we will offer a full refund including shipping costs to and from you. If it is incompatible due to your error, (wrong sizing, power rating, wrong vehicle) you will incur a 10% restocking fee and you will have to cover the return shipping costs and our original shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
